Description

In compliance with the regulations in force, in accordance with the company’s HSEQ policy and in compliance with its delegations and internal procedures, the job holder must:

  • Apply and enforce the company’s HSEQ, safety and ethics policy in its field of activity;
  • Report the anomalies observed
  • Define and implement supply plans (Imports and local sourcing), within the given deadlines;
  • Determine the quantities to order based on consumption, opening stocks and delivery times;
  • Represent TotalEnergies at the monthly meeting of the National Import Committee relating to the distribution of orders;
  • Anticipate and manage borrowings and/or loans from colleagues while ensuring the regularization of these movements with the SGP, Customs and the colleagues concerned;
  • Organize and optimize inter-depot transfers, in line with needs and stock levels;
  • Valuate (cost price) all product orders received for consideration in SAP;
  • Maintain relations with SONAP, SGP and fuel and lubricant suppliers for better monitoring of petroleum product import files;
  • , the SGP and the fuel and lubricant suppliers for a better follow-up of files and imports of petroleum products;
  • Monitor the management and clearance of Customs summaries, in line with the physical and accounting stocks;
  • Validate supplier and SGP invoices related to fuel imports and storage;
  • Monitor lubricant stock operations for better order optimization;
  • Validate invoices from SGP, Customs and Freight Forwarders related to imports and storage of products excluding Lubricants;
  • Ensure the drafting and updating of procedures for the supply of petroleum products;
  • Ensure any other activity necessary for the proper functioning of the supply and transit activities of the Subsidiary

Required profile

  • Higher education BAC+4/5 with experience of 4 to 5 years in logistics or oil distribution;
  • Good knowledge of the oil environment / Relational capacity / Autonomy / Availability and perseverance;
  • Ability to work in a network / Rigor / Sense of anticipation / Knowing how to use office automation tools.
