Executive, Supply Chain (Delivery)



Chevron is accepting online applications for the position of Executive, Supply Chain (Delivery) located in Jurong Island, Singapore through September 7, 2022 at 11:59 p.m. (Eastern Standard Time).

Responsibilities for this position may include but are not limited to:

  • Develop, monitor & execute plans to fulfill customer orders & intercompany stock transfers from Singapore Plant and 3PL facilities (toller, warehouse and terminals) within Singapore on time & in full

  • Perform SAP transactions from delivery order generation to dangerous goods (DG) checks, vessel setting, securing freight & carrying out customs & compliance checks     

  • Maintain documentation for customs and distribution regulatory compliance for all shipments

  • Work closely with supply chain functions as well as Customer Service and Ops Planning to ensure that delivery is made timely and meets or exceeds associated metrics

  • Monitor and provide updated logistics costs (ISO, Full Container Load, Less Than Container) freight to all stakeholders to drive business decisions

  • Business Owner for ISO tank operator (freight) contracts

  • Review of 3PLs procedures & KPI’s through onsite inspections  

  • Manage offsite incidents (non-quality and delivery-related) and ensure timely close out of investigations to identify the root causes and take appropriate corrective actions

  • Select and implement new digital tools and solutions to enhance customer experience

  • Pursue continuous improvement to improve productivity.

Job Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma

  • 3-5 years of experience in Supply Chain Logistics / Operations / Chemicals Supply Chain / Procurement

  • Able to influence without authority and must be a team player

  • Able to quickly connect and build relationships with 3PL service providers and internal stakeholders

  • Fluency with SAP, Power BI, Advanced Excel, Microsoft Productivity tools

  • Good verbal and written communication skills
