Description

A Multinational company based in Lagos, Nigeria, is in need of a Business Support / Personal Assistant for her flavor and nutritional unit. He or She must be well organized and detailed with administrative and procurement abilities. Great with co-ordination and accurate control of all day-to-day aspects of the sales region, including specific responsibilities and support. Must be agile, able to handle travel arrangements (bookings, etc), schedule appointments, travel forex, and very open to learning.

Core Responsibilities

  • Business Support
  • Review and supervise all orders pertaining to the F&N Division to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements
  • Provide and support on pricing requests/costings (SAP)
  • Prove Sales figure/statistics to Sales Team as determined
  • Support sales, lab, and marketing functions where ever and whenever needed
  • Co-ordination and accurate control of all day to day aspects of the sales region, including specific responsibilities and support
  • Handle travel arrangements (bookings, etc), travel forex
  • Handle DHL with samples dispatching and receiving.
  • Sales and Marketing
  • Generating and Issuing of Offers/Proforma invoices
  • Compliance with regional pricing policy guidelines
  • SAP interface
  • ZKVNL – pricing data
  • Symcom
  • Sales/pricing history
  • Customer Master Data maintenance
  • Sales report – EIS
  • Compilation and distribution of ASF, weekly and monthly.
  • Open order management with Holzminden. Planning/order management – EIS
  • Communication and recording of overdue receivables
  • Follow up with customers with regards to order fulfillment, pricing, and outstanding payments where necessary
  • Sourcing and forwarding technical data to customers
  • Visit reports – filing/ recording
  • Continual updating of basic knowledge or technicalities of all products
  • Order Management (Holz.)/Budgets
  • RFC maintenance support
  • EDAC maintenance/news wins.
  • Liaison with shipping agents/clearing and CS. – expediting
  • Initiation of new customer recording.
  • Project Management
  • Uploading of PACE projects
  • Maintenance of projects and status
  • Liaison with Evaluation/Sampling

Day-to-day Responsibilities

  • Review and supervise all orders.
  • Provide and support on pricing requests and timeous maintenance of quarterly pricing
  • Provide Sales figures/statistics to Sales Manager/Sales Director as determined
  • Support sales and marketing functions
  • Co-ordination and accurate control of all day-to-day aspects of the sales region, including specific responsibilities.
  • Review and supervise all orders pertaining to the LE/Am Division to ensure fulfillment of customer requirements o Provide Sales figures/statistics to Sales Manager/Sales Director as determined
  • Support sales and marketing functions
  • Co-ordination and accurate control of all day-to-day aspects of the sales region, including specific responsibilities and support.

Job Qualification / Requirement

  • Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
  • Must have persistence, perseverance, and ability to adapt
  • Graduate degree in any field
  • Computer literacy
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in an administrative capacity
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Experience in relevant industry
  • Must have flair for business management
  • Expertise in foreign languages is an advantage
  • Conceptual and strategic thinking abilities
  • Proven leadership skills
  • Ability to cope under pressure
